Brief info
Hadjor Mawunyega Moses is an agricultural engineer and mechanisation specialist with experience supporting smallholder farmers across Northern Ghana. He currently serves as Farm Support Manager at FarmYield Ghana, where he leads the organisation’s mechanisation strategy, including tractor services, Yield Hub operations, and solar irrigation initiatives. His role involves coordinating field operations, overseeing mechanised farming services, and ensuring efficient delivery of support that helps farmers improve productivity and farm management.
Prior to this, he worked as a Farmer Support Officer at FarmYield Ghana and a Field Operations Officer with Tractors for Africa Foundation, where he supervised mechanised field activities such as ploughing, planting, fertiliser application, and threshing while providing agronomic support to farmers. Moses also has experience in irrigation management and agricultural research through his work with the Savannah Agricultural Research Institute (SARI). He holds a Higher National Diploma in Agricultural Engineering from Tamale Technical University, with expertise in farm mechanisation, irrigation systems, and agricultural machinery operations.
