Lydia Esi

Lydia Esi Ayeh, a graduate of KNUST, is a highly skilled agricultural mechanization
expert with extensive experience in machinery operations, maintenance, and
mechanized land preparation. As one of Ghana’s first licensed female tractor operators,
Lydia has paved the way for women in agricultural mechanization. She has successfully
trained over 50 female and 15 male tractor operators, equipping them with essential
skills in tractor operations and basic maintenance to drive sustainable agricultural
development.
