Emmanuella Afoblikame is a graduate agricultural engineer based in Bolgatanga, Ghana. She interned with FarmYield Ghana in 2025, working with the operations department and input credit team to supervise field operators during ploughing in communities like Adaboya, Asonge, and Tongo Bion, while leading the distribution of farm inputs such as fertilizers and seeds in Navrongo and Chuchuliga.
She now serves as a Farmer Support Officer, where she coordinates the deployment of mechanization services, including ploughing, planting, harvesting, and threshing, to provide high-quality support for farmers.
Emmanuella also monitors and evaluates the impact of these services on farm productivity, oversees the equitable and timely distribution of agricultural inputs like seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides, and maintains accurate records of inputs provided while tracking their utilization by farmers.
